Your trust matters to us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain โ no dense legalese.
While QuizQuest is in development, the main thing we collect is what you give us directly:
We use your email solely to notify you when QuizQuest launches and to share occasional, relevant updates about early access. Analytics help us understand what's working so the app is better on day one. We will not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we won't add you to lists you didn't ask for.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate โ such as our email delivery and hosting partners โ and only to the extent they need it to do their job. These partners are bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep waitlist data only as long as needed to launch and onboard you, or until you ask us to remove it. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and access is limited to the small team that needs it. No method of storage is ever 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your information.
You're in control. At any time you can:
QuizQuest is designed for general audiences. The waitlist is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we'll remove it promptly.
As QuizQuest grows toward launch, this policy may evolve. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know by email. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
If anything here is unclear or you'd like to exercise your data rights, reach out any time. A real person will reply.
